Only UPS plastic or padded envelopes should be used, to ensure safe delivery of your package. We advise against using cardboard or paper envelopes.
If you purchased Value Service Package with Roundtrip Courier, include your supporting documents for scanning, along with a copy of your receipt for this service in your package.
You MUST print out the Return Shipping Label and place it INSIDE the envelope with your application and supporting documents. If you do not do this, you will experience a delay in the return of your documents.
